SIGNED ALBUMS :

Signed albums may take longer to ship as they depend on the artist’s signing schedule. Orders will be shipped once they arrive at our local facilities from Korea. Albums may arrive without shrink wrap due to the artist(s)’ signature process.

Any slight imperfections/minimal smudging of the signature and any marks or minor dents/damages on signed albums will not be considered defective and are not subject to return or exchange. Additionally, minor damages that may occur during the manufacturing and shipping process are also not eligible for return or exchange. Damage claims will be accepted upon review and are not guaranteed.
