Please note the following before submitting a request:

• Unsealed items cannot be withdrawn. In accordance with 'EU Directive 2011/83/EU' and the 'UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (the 'CCRs')', the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return. Any such product that has been unsealed after delivery is not eligible for withdrawal.

• Acknowledged exceptions. Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to the nature of the product. Where applicable, it is clearly disclosed at checkout, and you are required to acknowledge it before completing your purchase. Items you have acknowledged in this way are not eligible for withdrawal.

• Return shipping. Where withdrawal applies, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
