Por favor envíe una solicitud para una devolución y/o reembolso de artículos dañados/incorrectos/perdidos dentro de 7 días de la entrega de su paquete.

Envoltura
El plástico y las cajas exteriores de los productos se consideran protección de las inclusiones internas del articulo. Daño a estas partes no son elegibles para reembolso o cambio.
Photocards/Fototarjetas - Defectos en la parte posterior de los retratos de los artistas no se consideraran daños. Los defectos fuera del retrato del artista y los defectos menores que sólo puedan identificarse por reflejo de la luz tampoco no se considerarán daños.

El cliente es responsable por impuestos, cargos y gastos de envío adicionales que pueden incurrir las ordenes internacionales fuera de los E.E.U.U.
